Get out and explore the No. 1 Park System in the Country! Metroparks Toledo has 19 parks in the greater Toledo area to enjoy. From nature walks to mountain biking, playgrounds to sledding each metropark offers something different to match your adventure needs. Check out Metroparks Toledo's two newest parks, the Glass City Metropark and Manhattan Marsh.

Several Metroparks provide opportunities for traditional fitness activities like hiking, running and biking or playing a ballgame. Others accommodate traditional excursions for outdoor enthusiasts like kayaking, canoeing, hunting and fishing. Oak Openings Preserve is part of a region by the same name renown for world-class birding.

Toledo Zoo & Aquarium
