The SeaGate Convention Centre is moving full steam ahead with major renovations and booking events for their various event spaces, both existing and new. The improvements will include a brand new 15,000 sq. ft. ballroom., enhancements to the entire convention center, and a newly renovated connected hotel. 

The elegant new ballroom will feature 25-ft ceilings and be fully carpeted with room for up to 1,000 seated banquet guests. A spacious outside deck will provide great views overlooking Monroe St. and Fifth Third Field, home of the Toledo Mud Hens baseball team. Additional spaces outside the ballroom will offer an enhanced and totally reimagined pre-function or reception space at the convention center.

The existing 75,000 exhibit and event space will receive a refresh but still feature with 32-foot ceilings, easily divided into three 25,000 sq.ft. areas with all utilities available. 

 

Hiltons at Downtown Toledo

The hotel space connect to the convention center is being renovated from "top-to-bottom" as well and will be re-branded as a 216-room Hilton Garden Inn, a 93-room Hilton Homewood Suites, and a 120-seat restaurant.
