Toledo Jeep Fest

Celebrate in the Heart of Jeep® Country

Toledo Jeep® Fest – held in early August each year – celebrates decades of Jeep’s partnership with the City of Toledo. Jeep® has been touching the lives of Toledoans, people throughout the U.S., and people around the world in a meaningful way for a long time, and in August 2024, the city and its visitors will celebrate that rich history for the seventh time as part of Toledo Jeep® Fest.

The first Toledo Jeep® Fest – a one-day celebration in 2016 – was an unqualified success, bringing an estimated 40,000 people to downtown Toledo, which was the most for any event since the end of World War II. Even with that high standard already established, the second Toledo Jeep® Fest was indeed bigger and better.

The 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Toledo Jeep® Fest events each brought in more than 60,000 people including Jeep® enthusiasts from all over the United States, Canada, Czechia, Mexico, The Netherlands, the District of Columbia and New Zealand. The estimated economic impact for the 2023 event was $5.1 million. Attendees celebrated their love for Jeep® and an adventurous way of life in the city where the Jeep® was invented and where its heart beats every day: Toledo, Ohio.

Event founders are striving to help Toledo Jeep® Fest become the largest Jeep®-related event in the United States. In 2024, we look to proudly showcase Toledo as the heart of Jeep® Country. We are stepping up our game and planning is now underway. The weekend of August 2-4, 2024 will be action packed, and thousands of Jeep® enthusiasts are expected to take part in the festivities – the All-Jeep® Parade through downtown Toledo, a large-scale Vendor Midway, and much more.

Join us in celebrating the 7th annual Toledo Jeep Fest!

Friday - Sunday, August 1 - 4, 2024

We invite you to start planning a trek to Northwest Ohio and the city of Toledo – HOME of the Jeep – as soon as possible.

View and download our informational flyers to not miss out on any event or activity during and leading up to Toledo Jeep® Fest weekend.

Participants in the All-Jeep® Parade will stage downtown during the morning, drive in the parade, and be parked in the 20-block downtown footprint (TJF staff direct parking from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.). Once parade Jeeps are parked (in free, centrally located spaces), participants can experience the Vendor Midway, live music, food trucks and much more.

The Toledo Jeep® Fest 4-Mile Run and Fun Walk are set to take place on Sunday morning. Come celebrate the active Jeep® lifestyle with this unique run/walk through Downtown Toledo, and enjoy the swag that comes with it for the whole year.

You don’t have to be a runner to enjoy all of the Jeep® perks at this event. Join hundreds of other Jeep® lovers on a scenic walk through Downtown Toledo, along the Maumee River and Promenade Park. You’ll have your own start and won’t have to worry about being in a crowd of runners zipping by.

Toledo Jeep® Fest offers discounted groups rates through our partner hotels. We highly encourage guests to enjoy their stay in the Glass City at the hotels listed in the link below.

Toledo Jeep® Fest History

Jeep® is fundamental to Toledo’s heritage. Toledo Jeep® history begins in 1941 when Bantam won a significant United States Military contract to design a four-wheel drive utility vehicle that was manufactured throughout World War II. Dana is credited as a co-inventor of the Jeep®, along with the U.S. Army, Bantam, Ford, and Willys-Overland. Today, both the iconic Jeep® Wrangler and the Jeep® Gladiator are being produced in Toledo. The Stellantis Toledo Assembly Complex is one of the region’s largest and most modern manufacturing plants. For more than 80 years, Jeep® has been touching the lives of Toledoans and during the weekend of August 2-4, 2024, the city will celebrate that rich history.
