Wersell's MTB Trail Clean Up Day

Saturday, April 6, 2019 | 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.

For the Wersell's MTB Trail Clean Up Day we will be meeting in the shop parking lot after we arm everyone with the necessary supplies to pick up any and all trash on the Jermain/Ottawa park MTB trail system. We are very fortunate to have this trail in our community and we believe now is the time to take it into our own hands to keep it in the best shape possible along with improve it where necessary.

We will have trail building days in the future so please stay tuned for those, but we ask that you leave all shovels, saws, picks, axes etc at home for this clean up day. Again all we will be doing is cleaning up trash and debris that is not suppose to be in the woods in the first place. This is a great way for children to get community service hours or just to get more involved in the outdoors in an easy way while giving back.

We will end by heading over to our friends at Patron Saints Brewery, located at 4730 W Bancroft St. Ste. #8 Toledo, OH for beers and possibly a campfire out back. Typically you can also find Rodney's Coast to Coast food trolley parked out front, serving up all the delicious eats. We look forward to making this trail and park a better part of our community!
