Join NMGL on Saturdays this Spring for the return of Capt. Scupper’s Songfest—a maritime music and movement class taught in partnership with Sing into Reading. This fun activity targeting our youngest maritime enthusiasts gives kids the chance to build a love of reading through music that incorporates a “Great Lakes twist.”
Children ages 0-6 and a parent or caregiver will spend 30 minutes exploring maritime themes through music and movement followed by open play in the Museum’s “Port of Play” and exploration of the museum. Non-member visitors wishing to also explore the museum vessels may do so for an additional cost.
