Health & Mediation Experience

Thursday, January 24, 2019 | 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Enjoy a group experience in sound and vibrational healing, Reiki and guided meditation! This session will include the tones of the solfeggio frequencies and therapeutic chakra crystal bowls, singing as they align and balance your chakras or energy centers. This experience will offer you the opportunity to release what no longer serves your body, mind, spirit and emotions.

This class will be held by Rebecca Black, a Reiki Master Teacher and practitioner, and a Certified Soma Energetics Sound and Vibration practitioner.

Please bring a mat or towel to rest on. Chairs are available to those who have trouble getting to the floor.
