Fowl & Fodder

Farm-to-table hot spot Fowl & Fodder focuses on the fresh things people are growing in the region. Menu favorites include Chicken and Waffles (above left) served with eggs (yes, please!), the grass-fed beef House Burger and, for vegan palates, try the delightful Impossible Burger (above right). Fowl & Fodder has become so successful at their original spot, they recently opened a second location in downtown Toledo. Our Tip: Peruse the selection of local beverages including the fresh juice bar, coffees and tonic. Surprise! An array of craft cocktails and beer are also available.

Balance Pan-Asian Grille

The uber-hip Balance Pan-Asian Grille has a new 8000 + square foot downtown location which will soon have its own adjoining modern urban farm featuring an Aquaponics system to organically raise their own veggies and seafood right on premise! The Asian-Fusion restaurants – four total – serve up fresh meals in whole form including build-a-bowls, tasty Asian tacos, and a variety of healthy snacks. Our Tip: For those who like a little kick, try the BangBang Tacos washed down with the ever popular Bubble Tea; one try and you’ll be hooked!

Registry Bistro

This casual yet eclectic fine dining at Registry Bistro offers a seasonal menu using the freshest ingredients from local purveyors to create scrumptious dishes like their Wood Grilled Wild Boar Pork Chops and Bucatini Carbonara with Applewood Smoked Pork Belly. For our Vegan friends, we recommend the Mediterranean "Meatballs" with Tofu Feta and Coconut Yogurt (above left). Did someone say desserts? Well, you’ve come to the right place. Chef Erika takes her seasonal desserts to another level.

The casual-cool ambience at Element 112 sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Chef Nixon wows true foodies with his daily-changing menu featuring fresh culinary creations like the Drop Your “France” Burger (above left) and Potato Gnocchi with Lobster butter sauce (above right), rock shrimp and pecorino.

Rasa Restaurant + Bar is the newest concept restaurant to hit the Toledo scene serving up local, seasonal and hand-crafted small plates. Try the locally grown Riehm Farm Tomato Salad, the Jerk Roasted Organic Half Chicken or Beet Stained Capelli featuring house-made pasta. Our Tip: Ask about the Nightly Wine Dinner where you pick your plates while enjoying unlimited wine tasting of four select wines.
